We guide you - from the beginning to the end of your studies

The Admissions Office is your central contact for all administrative matters concerning your status as a student. The responsibilities range from application and verification of higher education entrance qualifications, admission and enrollment of German and international students to the implementation of re-registration, leave of absence, deregistration and the fee management of social contributions.

Our dedicated web pages provide detailed information on the application, admission and enrolment procedures as well as on the re-registration process, semester fees, part-time study, etc.

We have also answered a lot of frequently asked questions (FAQs) about the SIM portal and about admission and enrolment procedures. If you can't find the information you need on our web pages or in the FAQs, try calling our service hotline on +49 681 302-5491 (weekdays, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.). The students who staff the hotline speak both German and English. If necessary, your query will be forwarded to the relevant administrative officer for their attention.
