We will need this information to issue a letter of admission for you.

Important: in order for you to receive a letter of admission, we must receive all documents by the deadline, even if you have already been nominated!

Once all documents are complete, we will send you your letter of admission with information for online enrolment.
You can then complete your enrolment before you arrive so that your student card (UdS Card), your IT credentials and your Deutschlandticket are ready for you at the start of the semester.

How do I choose my courses?

As an Erasmus+ student, please contact your subject coordinator for help with course selection and the Learning Agreement.

You can find the Saarland University courses online in the LSF directory.
The courses for the respective semester are only published a few weeks before the semester begins. You do not need to log in to see the course lists in the LSF directory to see the classes.
You can use previous semesters as a guide to get an initial idea of the courses on offer. For example, if you would like to come next winter semester, check the courses from the previous semester in the LSF directory. The courses will not be completely identical, but it will give you a good initial orientation.

Students from all programs and all subjects can also take part in the Europaicum courses.  Here you will find courses in German and English on European topics, media and culture.

Can I participate in a German course?

Yes, we even recommend it!
As an exchange student, you have two different options for your German course:

On the ISZ Saar website you will find information on German courses in general.

Where will I live?

An admission for Erasmus+ students is not automatically linked to the allocation of accommodation.
We therefore recommend that you read all the information we provide on the subject of accommodation. Please apply to the halls of residence of the Studierendenwerk and also contact the private accommodation providers.

Information on accommodation

You can apply for rooms at the Welcome Center, but there is no guarantee of a place
