Onboarding for first-semester students: LSF, Moodle and MS teams
Dear new students,
We will introduce three learning platform to you at the beginning of the Wintersemester 24/25: namely LSF (course-portal), Microsoft Teams (chat-based workspace) and Moodle (the Learning Management System at our university). These are the main tools for digital teaching at Saarland University (UdS).
The following presence- and online-courses are available in German, English, French and Chinese. You are welcome to register with MS Teams before the event (desktop version recommended). Your username is your UdS-ID@uni-saarland.de. If you have not yet received your UdS ID and password with a letter from the HIZ, please just attend the course via the button without the account.

Agenda 7-11 October in four languages
The events will take place hybrid in the Innovation Centre A2 1 on the Saarbrücken campus and can be attended online at the same time.
As the places for the face-to-face onboarding are limited, only the first 100 registrations will receive a digital ticket to access the event in person. Goodies will be distributed on-site at the event. If the tickets are sold out, the remaining participants will have to attend the course online. Registration will no longer be required for online attendance.
