Guest house Fuchstälchen

Location: Fuchstälchen 29, 66123 Saarbrücken. The guesthouse is located on the outer edge of the campus area in Saarbrücken, approx. 15 minutes walk to the center of the campus.

3x 2-room apartments of Category F
3x 3-room apartments of Category G

Facilities:

  • All apartments are furnished and fully equipped.
  • All apartments have their own kitchen as well as bathroom.
  • An internet connection is available via the university WLAN.
  • All apartments have a landline telephone, which is connected to the university network. There are no basic fees. Internal calls at the university are free of charge and any number within the university can be called. Beyond that, the telephone can only be used to receive calls, but it is not possible to make outgoing calls.


Cleaning service: There is cleaning staff on site Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 13:00.

Parking: There are parking spaces in front of the building, plus additional public (free) parking spaces at the beginning of the street. There is also a bicycle storage room in the building.

Bus connection: The bus stop "Wildpark" is located at 5 minutes walking distance, with a direct connection to the university and the city center as well as to the main train station.

To get from the bus stop "Hauptbahnhof" to the guest house and the bus stop "Wildpark", take bus 102 or 112 or 124 in the direction of "Universität Busterminal" or "Dudweiler Dudoplatz". You have to get off at the bus stop "Wildpark". Follow the signs for "Gästehaus" along the road that leads into the forest. After 1-2 minutes walk you will see two buildings, the building on the right is the guest house.

You can of course also take a taxi to the guest house. Please give the taxi driver this address: "Fuchstälchen, 66123 Saarbrücken". You will find numerous taxi options directly at the main entrance of the main station. The transfer takes about 15 minutes and should cost around 15-20 EUR.

Bus lines 101, 112 and 124 go directly to the campus from the "Wildpark" station. You will reach the campus after two stops and approx. 3 minutes. It is also only a 10-minute walk from the guest house.
