CV (in tabular form; in German and in the language of instruction at the host university)
Personal statement (in German; max. length 1 page (A4))
Transcript of records (listing grades achieved so far in your degree programme)
Master's students only: Transcript of records from your Bachelor's degree (incl. your graduation certificate)
