How to apply
Apply now to be part of the Erasmus+ programme in the winter semester of 2024/25!
As each department has its own Erasmus+ procedure, your application for Erasmus+ funding needs to be submitted to your department's Erasmus subject coordinator. Your subject coordinator can also provide advice on curriculum- and study-related issues such as learning agreements, credit transfer arrangements, etc.
Application deadlines also vary between departments. As a rule, applications are submitted between January and April for Erasmus+ mobilities in the following academic year.

Exceptions – Other departmental application procedures
Erasmus+ partnerships in the fields of business administration and economics and a number of partnerships in the areas German language and literature, Romance languages and education science are managed by the International Office at Saarland University and not by subject coordinators in the various departments. If you have any questions, please get in touch with the team at the GoOut! Service Center. Or make an appointment to discuss things in person.
