Xenia Astapenka, LL.M.

Xenia is a research assistant at the Chair of Prof. Dr. Marc Bungenberg, LL.M. at Saarland University and the Europa-Institut. Her research interests lie in particular in International Investment Protection Law and International Dispute Settlement.

Xenia earned her law degree in International Law from the Belarusian State University and an LL.M. degree in International and European Law from the Europa-Institut of Saarland University. She also participated in the FDI International Arbitration Moot in 2021 where her team was ranked 12th best team and achieved the 4th best Claimant Memorial.

Furthermore, Xenia has work experience in the legal consulting in Belarus.
