Dipl.-Jur. Romy Backenstraß

Romy Backenstraß is a research assistant at the chair of Prof. Dr. Marc Bungenberg at Saarland University.

She studied law at Saarland University with a focus on German and International Contract and Commercial Law. During her studies she successfully participated in the EIus-program and obtained the EIus-certificate in this context. In addition, she was an employee of the library of the Europa-Institut for a longer period of time.

Her interests lie in European Law, in particular European Competition Law, Public Economic Law and German Public Law.
