SE-ProEng - Systems Engineering for flexible product design

The Chair for Systems Theory and Control Engineering is involved in the EFRE project: SE-ProEng - Systems Engineering for flexible product design, together with project partners from the Systems Engineering discipline. The chair's contributions to new system products concern both the products themselves and the manufacturing processes and technologies or the special machines used, which in turn represent intelligent system products. In the past, for example, significant contributions were made to the development of high-precision tool spindles and band saws, which are also equipped with adaptation and process monitoring algorithms.
