Exercises for hip and knee problems

This program aims at the improvement of problems in the hips and knees. Two mobilization exercises are preparing the joints for the following workout. Two specific strength exercises should improve the stability of the hips and knees. Finally, four stretching exercises should prevent the muscle shortening and improve the body statics. If you suffer from acute pain, please contact your doctor beforehand.

This program lasts approx. 12 minutes.
