Prof. Dr. Jochen Hub

The research group works in the field of theoretical and computational biophysics.

We develop and use molecular dynamics simulations with the goal of understanding the dynamics, thermodynamics and function of biological macromolecules (such as proteins) at the atomic level. In particular, we work on various membrane biophysics issues and on the interpretation of experimental data using molecular simulations.
