Exercises for shoulder-, neck- or headache

This program aims at the improvement of problems of the shoulder, neck or head. Existing muscle tensions are released with two mobilization exercises. One strength exercise helps stabilizing the neck. Two stretching exercises at the end of the program expand the range of motion.
