Exercises for heavy legs

This program aims at the activation of heavy legs. The two activating mobilization exercises, the two strength exercises and the two stretching exercises should lead to an improved blood circulation. Due to the quantity of muscles that are moved, the whole organism will be activated at the same time. If you suffer from strong pain in your legs, please contact your doctor beforehand.

This program lasts approx. 8 minutes.
