Do you feel nervous before job interviews? Are you sometimes unsure if your self-presentation in professional environments is effective? You’re not alone! Many students face these challenges. The good news? This workshop is the perfect place to practice and overcome them!
Using creative, theater-inspired techniques, you'll build confidence and authenticity in job interviews and professional settings like business meetings. Through hands-on role-playing and engaging exercises, you'll practice presenting yourself convincingly, overcoming language barriers, and leveraging your cultural background as a career advantage.
The goal is to strengthen both your fluency and self-presentation skills, so you can approach job interviews with confidence and leave a lasting impression.

Tutor:
Cecilia Paladines is a theater educator and the founder of Los Paladines and SOFAntastisch. With over 10 years of experience working with international groups, she helps people strengthen their communication and presentation skills. Her focus is on the creative use of theater techniques to foster self-confidence, linguistic fluency, and authentic communication - especially in professional contexts such as job interviews. As an expert in intercultural competence, she is passionate about facilitating access to the German job market for people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
