Vox Latina

VOX LATINA is an international and independent journal that appears entirely in Latin and is published four times a year. The journal was founded in Munich in 1965 by Dr Hans Werner and Dr P. Caelestis Eichenseer. Since 1975 it has been based at Saarland University. Caelestis Eichenseer was the primary author and editor of this outstanding Latin journal from its inception until his death in 2008. The annual subscription price is EUR 30, plus VAT and postage. Single issues cost EUR 8.50. The subscription starts at the beginning of each year and is automatically renewed if it is not cancelled in good time. The individual issues of Vox Latina contain articles on various topics, in particular: historical; philosophical; psychological; philological questions; aspects of the universality of the Latin language; Latin lexicography (general and specialised); art history; sociological theories; questions of cultural studies; history of religion; reflections on Latin didactics; modern authors and their works and much more.
