Step 6: Getting to know people

The Centre for International Students (ZiS) provides assistance to new international students during their first few weeks on campus, helping them to settle in to university life, to organize their academic studies and to get to know other students. Events organized by ZiS include excursions, city tours, guided tours of campus, cultural and culinary focus days in the Mensa, cultural evenings in the student halls of residence, informal get-togethers and cultural events, as well as a buddy programme.
