The exact contents of the study program can be found in the study regulations, the basic regulations of the study program in the examination regulations.
The contents of the individual modules/courses can be found in the module handbook, further approved courses can be found in the addendum to the module handbook. The list of approved courses of other subjects can be found on the homepage of the examination office under Quantum Engineering.

Further information on the courses can be found on the pages of the respective lecturer(s).
The study plan contains a recommendation which course you can/should listen to in which semester.
