Sorting and (bio)particle analysis
Welcome to our cell sorting facility!
Based on our own research focus, we offer a strong expertise in both preparative and analytical cell sorting from single cell cloning up to complex immunological investigations.
Customized for your specific research questions, we will assist with choice of device, panel design/optimization and gating strategy, optimization of sample preparation and data analysis.
We are allowed to work under gene safety level S2 and biological safety level S2 (reported bacterial strains) enabling for sorting of patient material and bacterial particles. Extracellular particles/exosomes and lipid droplets are two further examples supported by the high small particle resolution is of our devices.
Below you will find a short description of our devices to give you only a brief impressions of your possibilities.
Please, feel free to contact us via eMail or phone.
We are looking forward to the exciting collaboration with you!

Flow Nanoanalyzer FCM
The Flow NanoAnalyzer can be used for multi-parameter characterisation of natural and synthetic nanoparticles (7-1000 nm) at the single particle level. Such as detection of extracellular vesicles, mitochondria, bacteria, viruses, nanomedicine, nanomaterials and other nanoparticles. By combining light scattering and fluorescence detection, high resolution distributions of particle size and biochemical properties can be obtained simultaneously in 1-2 minutes.
