EpiGenomics Sequencing Facility (ESF)

The EpiGenomics Sequencing Facility (ESF) at Saarland University offers a wide range of state-of-the-art technologies in the field of next-generation sequencing (NGS) and third-generation sequencing. We offer a wide range of methods, including genome analysis, DNA methylation, histone modification, chromatin accessibility and RNA expression.

ESF provides powerful DNA sequencing platforms which, in combination with our specialised cell and liquid manipulation devices, enable us to carry out sophisticated sequencing projects.

Thanks to our many years of expertise in the field of high-throughput sequencing, we are a competent partner and cover all critical steps of a sequencing project - from sample preparation (library creation), sequencing and quality control, through to bioinformatic processing and subsequent data analysis.

The services of the ESF are available to all members of Saarland University as well as external researchers and institutions subject to the terms of use.
