Criminal law II

The lecture Criminal Law II is a compulsory course for students of the second semester. Based on the knowledge conveyed in the first semester of questions on the elements of a crime, unlawfulness and guilt (Tatbestandsmäßigkeit, Rechtswidrigkeit und Schuld) in case of a completed intentional crime, the lecture completes the general part of criminal law. The focus is on the issues of negligence, attempt and abandonment of attempt, perpetration and aiding, omission as well as conflicts. The lecture programme will be supplemented by repetition units in which some of the content learned in the first semester is refreshed.
