What, if it doesn't work out with my studies?
It's a good idea to always have an alternative plan in mind in case things don't work out with your studies. This may be because you did not get a positive response to your application, if you cannot provide the correct certificates to apply or because you find studying too difficult.
In Germany, alongside with the option of studying for a job, there is also the path of vocational training ("Ausbildung"). This is a form of education which is not received at a university, but in a combination of vocational school and work in a company. Vocational training is a major German way or preparation for a job future and it offers many possibilities to find work afterwards.
