Health Data Ontology Trunk
Health Data Ontology Trunk
The Health-data Ontology Trunk (HDOT), currently under development within the FP7-ICT project p-medicine, consists of middle layer ontology (HDOT CORE respectively HDOT PM, based on MLOCC) and a number of domain ontologies in the area of personalised medicine, including a pathological formation module, a patient empowerment module and a biobank standard data set module.
HDOT as well as its modules are the basis of a semi-automated ontology enrichment strategy using an Ontology Aggregator Tool we are also continuously improving.
