Zur Vorbereitung der Personalversammlung am 28.11. / To prepare the staff assembly at November 28th

Liebe Kollegen und Kolleginnen,

wir sind gerade dabei die nächste Personalversammlung (28. November 2023, 14 Uhr, in der Aula (Geb.: A3 3)) vorzubereiten. Dieses Mal wollen wir den Lehrbetrieb genauer beleuchten. Ist der Lehrbetrieb an der UdS in Not?! Oder läuft alles problem- und reibungslos? Uns interessiert alles! Beginnend bei der Suche nach einem geeigneten Raum, über die technische Ausstattung, Abwicklung von Vertragsmodalitäten (z.B. Lehraufträge), bis hin zur Auslastung des Lehrdeputats.  Was sind Ihre Eindrücke und Erfahrungen? Oder haben Sie konkrete Fragen an die Dienststelle? Wir freuen uns über Ihre Rückmeldung. Dear colleagues,

We are in the process of planning and preparing for the next staff assembly, which will take place on November 28th, 2023, at 2pm in the Aula (Bldg. A3 3). This time around we would like to take a closer look at teaching at our university. Is teaching here in crisis, or are things running for the most part smoothly and without any major problems? We are interested in hearing your thoughts on the matter. Subtopics include but are not restricted to the search for suitable rooms, technical equipment in classrooms, contracts for freelance and temporary instructors, and teaching load. What are your impressions and experiences? Do you have specific questions and/or comments for the university administration?
